Are you looking for things to keep your child happy and occupied during the holidays? Perhaps they are crafty and love learning new things?
Come and join Kate at one of her fabulous craft workshops and use a variety of materials to create some beautiful projects.
Bring your favourite toy figure (Barbie doll/action figure type size) and make them a whole new outfit! Get creative and learn simple sewing using colourful felt and the easy ‘Stitchety’ pattern printables. In this creative 2 hour workshop children will have the opportunity to cut-out and sew doll clothes from t-shirts to trousers, vest tops to dresses, plus matching accessories too! They will be supported in learning basic sewing techniques, aided by pre-threaded needles box and colourful embroidery threads.
This ‘Dolls Dress Up’ workshop is suitable for ages 6+. We would suggest that if your child is 7+ you can ‘drop and go’. If you have a 6 year old who would like to come, let us know, you may need to stay and support them. We will accommodate you if we have room in the studio.
Whatever they make they can take home, along with all of the paper templates to keep on sewing and creating more items for their new mini-me wardrobe.
