Orders

All items at Yarny Bees are made by hand, and most are made to order. Our usual turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, although this is subject to change at busier times of year. Please check the banner announcements on the home page for up to date estimates. When you place an order, for some items we will contact you with photos to confirm your colour choices – particularly for custom items. Until we receive this confirmation, we will be unable to commence making your order, so please bare this in mind. Delivery Charges

All items are posted using Royal Mail, with your choice of first or second class post. The cost of this changes when Royal Mail increase their prices.

For orders over £20, signed for postage is included.

For orders over £50, special delivery is included.

Please note that selecting first class delivery only affects the delivery time after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

At Yarny Bees we are committed to delivering quality. Each item is handmade with utmost care and fully checked before dispatch. Items are packaged with care to avoid damage on their journey to you.

If you do have a problem, rest assured that we are here to help, we understand that everybody wants to be treated fairly and reasonably.

In the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please take photos to show the condition of the item on arrival. We will do our best to either repair or replace the item as soon as possible. Please be aware that if an item is damaged in transit, we will have to also submit a claim with Royal Mail. If the faulty/damaged item needs to be returned, we will refund the cost of postage, using receipts provided by you.

As all our items are handmade, there will be some slight variations between products. Yarn colours can vary between dye lots, so if items are ordered at different times they may not match exactly. All measurements are approximate and again may vary slightly depending on yarn choice, although every effort is taken to ensure sizes are the same.

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you may do so at your own cost. When the item is returned we will refund you the cost of the item minus the delivery costs. Please use the following address for returns:

Cancellations

To cancel an order please email us on sales@yarnybees.co.uk with details of the order you are cancelling. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations on custom orders.
