Come and join Rosey at her fabulous art workshops specifically for home-educated children (Suitable for children aged 12+).
In these relaxed, small group sessions, young people can explore their creativity in a nurturing, supportive environment.
Here is the next block of weekly art classes for home educated children, available to book. These can be attended as a one-off (£20 each) or you can book three sessions for £50. Each session has a stand-alone theme so no need to have attended previously. Parents can choose to stay with their child or ‘drop and go’.

In these relaxed, small group sessions, young people can explore their creativity in a nurturing, supportive environment of 6 students maximum. In each workshop, the theme and techniques will be modelled and the young people will be guided in creating their own work inspired by the theme if they so wish. They are also welcome to explore their own ideas, with the freedom to be creative in their own ways if they choose. There will also be ‘break out’ activities available, such as mindful colouring and doodling activities, for young people to take breaks when needed. And of course- plenty of squash and biscuits provided! (Please let us know of any allergies).
In these art sessions, we will be using a variety of materials including acrylic paints, watercolours, oil pastels, chalk pastels, sketching pencils, charcoal and paint pens. It will get messy so please send children in old clothes or with an apron. We will be experimenting with various techniques such as watercolour wash, oil pastel resist, carbon paper tracing, polystyrene tile printing, collage and more! Young people may wish to follow the prompt or use the materials available to experiment in their own way.
