Always admired our Yarny Bees baskets? Would you love to learn how we make them? Then this workshop is for you!
Hosted at Yarny Bees in Lichfield (69 Upper St John Street, WS14 9DT), from 9:30-12pm on Sunday 5th October.
During the workshop you will learn all the skills you need to make one of our small round baskets. You will be provided with hook, yarn and a tapestry needle, ready to make your basket. Choices of yarn will be available to choose on the day. You can choose up to three colours, and these will be used together to create a marled effect on your basket.
Please bring a small fabric item to recycle into yarn to include in your basket. Suitable items include a pillowcase, a t-shirt or cot bed sheet. Please get in touch if you are struggling to know if what you have is suitable.
Workshop cost includes: a pattern for the basket (and instructions for how to make different sizes or coasters), 150g of Drops Paris yarn (choose up to three colours for your basket), one 5.5mm crochet hook, a tapestry needle and refreshments.
