Yarny Bees Audio Book Club

Have you wanted to join a book club, but found the idea of reading a book in a month overwhelming? Would you like the experience without the pressure?

The audio book club with Yarny Bees may be perfect for you! Come and listen to the book in company, one chunk at a time. Bring along your favourite craft project to work on while you listen, or just sit, relax and enjoy the story!

We love listening to a full length audio book, over fortnightly sessions, with a small amount of “homework” listening in between. Can’t make one of the sessions? Just listen to the chapters at your leisure before you come again. There will be time for discussion at the end of each session too, and of course refreshments are provided. We have already listened to Dear Mrs Bird, by  AJ Pearce and The Moonlight Gardening Club by Rosie Hannigan. We are currently listening to Before the Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazy Kawaguchi. Please note that to be part of this audio book club, you must have access to your own copy of the audio, through any platform you like.

The sessions run on a Sunday evening at 7pm, fortnightly. The upcoming sessions are: 14th June, 28th June, 12th July, 26th July, 9th August, 30th August.
