Junior Crochet Club: From Bee-ginner to Crochet Queen

Is your child crafty and creative? Perhaps they’ve given crochet a go, but have got frustrated or confused. Or they have got some of the basics but aren’t sure what to do next. Junior Crochet Club with Yarny Bees could be the perfect place for them! Suitable for children in year 5 and above – please get in touch if your child is younger.

Let them come and learn how to go from bee-ginner to crochet queen, (See what we did there with our play on words!?) with simple projects to help them increase their skills month on month. All hosted in the Yarny Bees workshop, in Lichfield.

Each month, they will be provided with all the materials they will need, included in the course fee. They will then work with Becci, alongside a small group of other young crochet enthusiasts to hone their skills. Please note, some projects may not be completed during the session. To get the most from the course it is advisable to continue to practice in their own time. This course is designed to be fluid and for participants to work at their own pace, advancing when they are able.

This is  block booking, including 6 Sunday morning Crochet Club sessions as well as six free sessions at The Craft Hive, so they can come along, meet other people who enjoy craft, and get some support from Becci in between the classes. Your block of six sessions must be used within a 12 month period.

The upcoming Sunday sessions for 2025 are: 8th June, 6th July, 17th August, 28th September, 19th October, 23rd November, 14th December.

There are a number of Craft Hive dates each month, so you can choose which one best suits.
